We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary and in accordance with our Terms of Service. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Due to the nature of creating handmade items and providing services for creating artwork, all sales are final. Ceramics/pottery are fragile by nature, and Artesstry is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen goods after an order has been placed and the item(s) has either been shipped or picked up by the customer. Purchased clothing that does not fit the intended wearer is not eligible for refund as all sizing information and measurements are available on every product page, and users are expected to read all product descriptions carefully prior to placing an order.
At our sole discretion, we may issue store credit or a discount promo code on a case-by-case basis.
Requests for store credit or a discount promo code must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods. We do not, however, guarantee that your request will be honored.
Should your package be returned to us due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery and/or recipient information and you no longer want to receive your package, the total cost of your items + taxes will be refunded to you. You will not be refunded for any shipping charges.
Should you fail to fulfill your Local Pickup and you no longer want to receive your order, the total cost of your items + taxes will be refunded to you.
