Shipping
Shipping takes place within 2-7 days of purchasing, and delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. A tracking number will be provided to you, the user, unless the selected delivery method does not provide tracking services. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. Should your package be returned to us, you are responsible for paying fees for additional shipping labels and shipping charges. Should your package be returned to us due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery and/or recipient information and you no longer want to receive your package, the total cost of your items + taxes will be refunded to you. You will not be refunded for any shipping charges.
Artesstry is not responsible for missing or delayed packages or packages lost by shipping carriers after an order has been shipped and/or a tracking number has been provided.
Local Pickup
You have the option to choose Local Pickup, in which case the delivery/shipping fees will be refunded and/or waived. This option is only available to users willing to travel to the Norfolk, VA area. This means our Site owner will arrange a date, time, and place to meet with you in person to deliver your order directly to you. You agree to pay for your purchased good(s) and/or service(s) prior to the pickup date. The pickup date and location must be agreed upon by all involved parties (i.e. the Site owner and you, the user/client). You agree to be present at the selected pickup location on the selected date at the selected time.
You must provide advanced notice of at least 15 minutes before the arranged pickup time if you are going to be running late to meet at the pickup spot. If you are late longer than 15 minutes past the selected pickup time and you do not provide any notice, you will be assumed a no-show and you forfeit your option to choose Local Pickup for any future purchases or listings from the Site. This will include the order you failed to pick up, and you will be responsible for covering all shipping and delivery fees in order to receive that order. Should you fail to fulfill your Local Pickup and you no longer want to receive your order, the total cost of your items + taxes will be refunded to you.
